I find the idea of 'tuning" into my past lives fascinating. My dear BIL studied to be a shaman. About 2 years ago, he talked about my spirit guides and we had an interesting session until my husband walked into the room and broke my concentration. I want BIL to try it again and also try to get me to my past lives. Perhaps this summer when he visits; we can do that.

I don't know if I have any real information to share about this. I do agree however that it doesn't seem possible that ancient structures could have been completed without vast knowledge or even advanced skills that we have not retained.

Unfortunately using only 10% of our brains is simply not correct. From a physiological standpoint, we use all of our brain, each section fulfilling specialized function. That is NOT to say we are using our brain to its full capacity. We are only beginning to suspect what a mind can do and what we can, by will and training, shape our bodies to do. From the amazing sports records in the Olympics to the shocking capabilities displayed by Tibetan monks in controlling body temperature, we can no longer pretend that astonishing feats are the stuff of imagination.

I am happy to see others share similar conclusions on the subject of earths antiquity of civilizations. I believe another fact that supports this view is modern human anatomy; more specifically the human brain. It is well documented that we only utilize about 10% of it's estimated capability. My point is that evolution is a very slow process and to have developed such large brain volume and capacities, mankind clearly was more advanced through evolution at a point or points in our ancient history!
At one or more times in our ancient cycles of civilization we have clearly d-evolved mentally but not physically, thus leaving man at the present state of only using 10% of our mental capacity of what was once 100% utilized.

It gave me some crossed eyes to write it, too. Quantum physics is a truly bizarre line of study. The more we learn, the more science baldly states what spiritualists have been saying for eons: we're all run by vibrations of particles - or maybe energy. And we can manipulate that energy at least to a degree.

Of course science doesn't acknowledge that religion and spiritualism did it first. But that doesn't change the facts, LOL!
